Educator Certification and CPE
Educator Certification Summer Phone Support Hours (June 1 – August 31, 2026)
To support the increased volume of certification applications during the summer months, phone support will be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (CST).
Outside of these hours, please submit your questions through the TEA Help Desk, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Important note: Tickets are answered in the order received. Please submit only one ticket per issue to prevent any delays in customer response time.
Please allow up to two business days (8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday - Friday) to receive a response.
